I’m all about stories. Here’s mine:
I’ve spent a decade performing and teaching at Ivy League Universities, Fortune 500s, and venues across three continents. I’m an official storyteller for The JED Foundation, I was the poet-in-residence for WeWork, and I hold a masters in mental health counseling from The University of Pennsylvania.
I’ve also spent twelve years in 12-Step Recovery, survived seemingly insurmountable grief, and been on-and-off psychiatric medications since I was eleven years old.
I step on stage to prove you can be depressed and be dope at the same damn time.
I seek to lift the veil on modern masculinity (e.g. sex, suicide, and porn) and harness narrative to help organizations and individuals address faulty beliefs that hinder confidence and impair productivity.
